Mona, a seasoned healthcare leader and visionary, serves as the dynamic CEO of Almoosa Rehabilitation Hospital. With over 18 years of experience, her journey began as a dedicated physiotherapist in 2005. Her commitment to healthcare excellence led her to pivotal roles, notably as the Medical Support Manager at Dr. Sulaiman Alhabib Medical Group. Since joining Almoosa in 2014, Mona's impact has been transformative. Initially heading the physical therapy department, she later pioneered the establishment of the Patient Experience Department. Armed with a diverse academic background, Mona holds a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and Healthcare Management, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Financial Management for healthcare organizations from ST Joseph University in Lebanon. Mona's professional stature is underscored by her fellowship in the American College of Health Executives (F.A.C.H.E.) and Planetree International for Person-Centered Care. She has left an indelible mark as the former chairperson of the Saudi Physical Therapy Association (S.P.T.A.) in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia.
