For purposes of this agreement and terms and conditions, "GHA" shall refer to Global Healthcare Accreditation.
Medical Travel Business Essentials Course
Medical Travel Business Essentials is a one-time, practical, on-demand training program designed for professionals entering the medical travel industry. It includes ten (10) easy-to-follow modules, completed online and at your own pace, covering foundational best practices in global healthcare delivery, international patient experience, marketing, operations, financial management, and technology integration.
This course is designed for career-focused professionals and organizations seeking to understand and build the foundational components of a successful medical travel business. It is particularly recommended for healthcare providers, medical travel facilitators, and entrepreneurs considering entering the field.
Enrollment grants the participant access to the full course content for a limited period. Each registration is intended for a single user only. Shared access or redistribution of the course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.
This program does not constitute a formal certification or designation and does not require enrollment in any continuing education subscription plan. It is a standalone training experience available for a one-time enrollment fee of $650.00 USD.
A valid debit or credit card must be used by each professional for the purchase and enrollment in the Medical Travel Business Essentials course. In all cases, the credit card must be valid at the time of purchase to process payment for the one-time enrollment fee of $650.00 USD. Once the purchase is made and the card is charged, access to the webinar link will be provided within 48 hours.
Upon entry of credit card information, credit cards will be validated by the system. If an error or issue occurs, the user will be prompted to re-enter another valid credit card. Access to the course platform is dependent upon successful payment.
The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Removing a debit or credit card from the system does not release the user from payment responsibilities for the purchased course.
GHA may collect amounts owed by obtaining other payment methods provided by the user, or by retaining collection agencies and legal counsel. GHA may also report information about your account to credit bureaus. As a result, revoked payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report. If you wish to dispute the information GHA reported to a credit bureau (i.e., Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion), please contact us at Global Healthcare Accreditation 4371 Northlake Boulevard, Suite 304, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, 33410. If you wish to dispute the information a collection agency reported to a credit bureau regarding your training account, you must contact the collection agency directly.
GHA reserves the right to immediately and without notice, suspend or terminate access to the Medical Travel Business Essentials course for unauthorized use of the training materials or misrepresentation of the program in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein. You will also be required to pay any outstanding amounts owed to GHA at the time your access is suspended or terminated.
A link to the webinar will be provided within 48 hours after registration. Participants are responsible for completing the program on the scheduled dates.
The training content is intended for individual use. Group or shared usage is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in the suspension of access and forfeiture of fees.
Completion of the course does not grant any professional designation or inclusion in any directory for reference by a third party.
This is a one-time purchase and no cancellations are permitted unless the course is cancelled by the organizers of the training. In that case, a full refund will be provided promptly.
If a participant decides to cancel before accessing the course and provides notice within forty-eight (48) hours, a written request for cancellation must be submitted via email to accounting@ghaccreditation.com. If approved and course have not been accessed, a refund may be issued minus a $100.00 USD administrative fee. No refunds will be granted once any portion of the course has been accessed or beyond the notice period.
GHA grants access to the Medical Travel Business Essentials course for the sole use of the enrolled participant. This access is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the duration of platform availability. Any distribution, reproduction, or sharing of course content is strictly prohibited.
Indemnification: Neither GHA nor its directors, officers, employees, or representatives shall be liable to the user for any actions taken or omitted in an official capacity or in the scope of employment, except where such actions or omissions constitute willful misconduct or gross negligence. The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GHA from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from misuse of the training program or violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability: TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GHA BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEY’S FEES, LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE COURSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL GHA’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE PARTICIPANT FOR THE COURSE.
A. Integration. These Terms and any documents incorporated herein constitute the complete agreement and supersede all prior oral or written representations and warranties. GHA may modify these Terms with notice.
B. Assignment. The user may not assign or transfer any of their rights or obligations under these Terms. Any unauthorized assignment shall be null and void.
C. Relationship. The relationship between the user and GHA is that of a training participant and provider. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
D. Interpretation. These Terms shall be interpreted in such a way as to effectuate GHA’s purpose. Failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement.
E. Enforcement; Survival. Provisions regarding limitations of liability, indemnity, and disclaimers shall survive termination of course access.
F. Choice of Law; Forum. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, Palm Beach County. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
G. Headings; Severability. Headings are for convenience only. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
