About the Training

Become proficient in the knowledge and skills required to serve as a surveyor/consultant for Global Healthcare Accreditation (GHA). Training is delivered in alignment with specific GHA programs, with medical travel serving as a core focus while also offering specialized pathways for targeted areas such as infection prevention, telehealth, and patient experience. Depending on the program and format, training may include remote, live-virtual, and onsite components to support effective learning and practical application.

GHA surveyors conduct comprehensive evaluations across the medical travel care continuum and related healthcare services, assessing clinical quality, operational performance, patient experience, and supporting systems according to the applicable GHA standards.

During the training, participants develop the skills to prepare, conduct, report, and follow up on surveys (both onsite and virtual), ensuring alignment with GHA standards while strengthening policies, protocols, and services. The program also prepares participants to conduct gap assessments and deliver training on GHA standards and global best practices.
