This past January, Ms. Karen Timmons and Mr. Bill Cook, GHA’s Chief Executive Officer and Director of Business Development respectively, traveled to Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, to participate in the Arab Health conference (January 27-31). With over 84,000 attendees from 65+ countries, it is the largest healthcare event in the region and an ideal venue to meet with healthcare providers focused on medical travel services. After 4 days in Dubai, Karen and Bill traveled to Abu Dhabi for additional meetings. According to Karen Timmons, “It was a very busy and productive conference for us, where we had a chance to meet with many different hospitals interested in the GHA program. We look forward to developing these opportunities and supporting the improvement of patient experience across the medical travel care continuum.”
