Sherry Kaufield, MA, FACHE
Ms. Kaufield has over 30 years of experience in health care with expertise in clinical and managerial operations, business development, corporate compliance, executive leadership development, public relations and marketing, and development and implementation of individual and multi-hospital system performance improvement and strategic planning initiatives. She has consulted for both US and health care organizations around the world in the areas of accreditation readiness and standards compliance.

Sherry Kaufield has worked with multiple clients in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas, including individual healthcare facilities, healthcare systems, government and industry clients, insurance providers and other payors. She regularly served as a faculty member at education events teaching accreditation standards, accreditation preparation, and quality improvement and has been a welcomed speaker on these topics at healthcare related conferences around the world.

Ms. Kaufield currently serves as Medical Quality and Safety Officer at the United Nations in the Medical Services Division. Previously, she served as Executive Director, International Services, for Joint Commission International (JCI). At JCI she was the administrator for international consulting and education services serving hospitals and other healthcare organizations around the globe in search of patient safety, quality improvement and/or accreditation in their facilities.
