As Chief Quality Officer of the GHA Program, she is the executive responsible for quality improvement efforts for the GHA Program with the goal of achieving an industry standard for best practices in medical travel, medical tourism and international patient services. Sallah manages and coordinates all activities related to ongoing development of standards, as well as service delivery of the GHA Program’s products and services. Sallah is also the executive responsible for achieving industry accreditations for GHA standards, contributes to the development and packaging of GHA products and services, and manages training and surveying activities.
Miller Sallah is also considered an expert in the field of Medical Tourism, specifically in Best Practices, International Standards, and the operational development of International, Global Patient Services, Medical Tourism or Medical Travel programs. Miller Sallah presents across the globe on these topics and consistently works with multiple clients to enable improved market penetration or improved operational processes.
Miller Sallah holds a Masters of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health as well as certifications in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University. She speaks English and conversational Spanish.
